Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please verify all items against your receipt and check for any signs of damage or spoilage immediately.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our support team or use the in-app chat within 24 hours, providing your order number and clear photos of the items in question.
- 3.Approval & Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a driver to pick up the item or provide instructions for safe disposal if the item is perishable.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method or applied as a store credit to your BMD account within 3-5 business days.
